 The OFF THE RECORD comic strip was created and originally illustrated

 by Charles Kuhn.  It debuted in 1935.  Ed Reed later assumed control of

 the strip and stayed with it until the conclusion in 1984. 

This listing is a Fine Condition Sunday Tabloid Full Page 

Comic Strip dated February 9, 1969.
