Voltage adjustment: When adjusting the voltage on site, the battery needs to be disconnected from the charger,
and while measuring the output voltage of the charger, adjust the voltage potentiometer (VOLT) until it reaches an appropriate value.

Current regulation: the output is connected to the battery pack, the charging current is measured when the charging voltage is not higher than 22.0V (11.0V),
and an appropriate charging current is set by adjusting the current potentiometer (AMP). The output current can also be estimated according to the scale of the current potentiometer.
