Before you grill or Oven your Meat, rub our Meat rub with a touch of cooking oil on your raw meat, allow the Meat to marinate for 30mins or overnight and cook in the Oven or Grill.

You can also use our meat rub as seasoning for steaming your Meat. Just add One heaped tablespoon of our Meat rub to 500g of meat.

Ingredients: Garlic, Rosemary, Oregano, Ginger,Thyme
