Before you grill or Oven your fish or Seafood, rub our fish rub with a touch of cooking oil on your raw Fish or Seafood allow the Fish to marinate for 30mins or overnight and cook in Oven or Grill. You can also use our fish rub as part of the seasoning for all regular fish cooking and preparation etc. Just add One heaped tablespoon of our fish rub to 500g of fish.

Ingredients: Sea salt, Garlic, Chilli, Parsley
