This horn pad came on the factory sport steering wheel option for ‘85 - ‘88 911 Carreras, 930, and the 944 Turbo S.

This wheel is smaller at 363mm, it is the same as M431 optioned 944 & 968 steering wheels.

Standard 4 spoke steering wheels from this era (‘85 thru ‘89) where 375mm thus the horn pads where Different.

As such, this horn pad is smaller than the standard steering wheel pads (see photos).

Since being recovered in new Marine Blue leather, it has not been installed.

This horn button will work on either the standard or the sport versions of the ‘85 thru ‘89 steering wheels.
