Cool old hard to find survivors, a pair of woven straw/reed wine bottle covers depicting a man and woman toting baskets.. The man stands around 17.5 inches tall, the lady is a little shorter... They fit nicely over the average wine bottle but stand fine on their own as well... (no bottles are included) .Great how the crafts maker even managed to give them detailed faces, and many interesting details to their clothing and items they hold.. I suspect these were tourist souvenirs/ my sister brought back a woven horse for me from Mexico in the late 60s, and these are in the same genre but don't know exactly where they came from, but would look great in any retro bar/ tikki room
