Coming to you from my personal collection, this gemstone has been in my collection for around three years.

Ultra vivid with the most zesty vivid green, a darker emerald green, aqua, teal, red, orange, yellow, royal blue and it is full coverage. It is very difficult to get this full flush in top colours.

This gemstone started off as a 9.63 carat !

When cutting a gemstone like this it is important to make sure there is no porch, sand or anything else that may affect that colour play.

Cutting this gemstone down to 2.70 CRT of just perfect colour and precise fascinating. By allowing this gemstone to be faceted instead of the standard cabochon, we have allowed the gemstone to receive more light into the silicon tubes that result in a very flashy gemstone.

The colours in this gemstone perform effortlessly and even in the last photograph you can see where it is so vivid in colour that it is refracting light onto the photography table.

A clean polish and a jet black base tone creates A beautiful contrast in colour affect throughout the entire gemstone.

This is a light gemstone and because Opal is very light,even a smaller Carat weight will result in a very generously sized gemstone.
