Delivery:

After making your purchase and assuming we have received cleared payment, we will process your order and aim to dispatch your item within 1 working day, if this will not be possible we will contact you to inform you of the delivery date.

We always aim to deliver your order within the estimated arrival date as given in listings, subject to postal service delivery times/delays.

Returns: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please note the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all packaging it was sent out with, and complete with all accessories/manuals etc. New items must be returned unopened and unused. Return shipping to us is at buyers cost and therefore we strongly advise using a tracked-for and insured delivery service on any high value items. In the event of the item being faulty, we will refund the cost of the item and all postage costs assuming the item is in the same condition as when shipped.
