Hardcover, original green cloth binding with title on spine. 9 x 6.25 inches. Rubbing to spine ends and corners, see photos. Hinge is a little tender but intact, see a seam crack starting that goes about halfway up hinge. Someone has written "167/200" Not sure if this is a limited edition. There are a few small circular stains on cover. Overall VG condition.

Most of the book is in German, there are a few sections that are in English. 

I have deciphered that the book covers topics such as counterfeiting, illegal lotteries, prostitution, and many more.
