About the Stamp:
On the stamp, we can notice in the foreground, a Gari (garbageman) who works along its truck team, the ones in charge for the so-called “heavier” cleaning, something essential for the city. After meeting with another urban sanitation worker he waves her – the Gari who weeps the streets has its duty more located but equally important in order to keep our cities clean. Merging the images, the chosen colors look for illustrate the diversity of our (Brazilian) people. Digital illustration technique was utilized to accomplish this postage stamp.
