It needs to be understood that when purchasing a pre-owned item, it may not be perfect and that some wear and tear is expected. Impairments for items will generally be purely cosmetic and inconsequential (I.e., minor scratches or scuffs) and will not interfere with the main function of the item. If any unusual wear and tear exists, then it will be noted and shown in the item description so that you can make an informed purchase decision. Please note that everything we sell is ultimately sold “as is”. However, do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any issues and we will do our best to resolve it and make you a happy customer.
Orders are typically shipped 24 hours after ordering, barring weekend purchases and holiday purchases.
We will not change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We recommend that when you place your order, you are absolutely sure the address on record is where you wish it to be sent.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's value, size, and weight and the service through which it is shipped.
Please allow at least 5-7 business days to receive your order.
Please note that we do not offer local pickup.
All purchases are sold “as is” and clearly described. If you want a refund for any reason other than the item is defective or not as described, you can request a refund within 15 days of the date it was delivered. In this case, when the item is no longer needed, a refund will be made minus a 20% restocking fee. You must return the item in its original packaging without any damage and request an RMA# before shipping. Please ship items to us insured and use a means to track them. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the item was damaged in shipping, please keep all original boxes and packaging material. You will need to let us know within 5 days of delivery so that we can file a claim with the shipper. We will then arrange a pickup of the item so that it can be returned to us. In some cases, we may ask you to ship it to us and in these cases, we will reimburse you for the shipping charges after we receive and inspect the item. In these cases of items damaged after shipped, we will generally provide a full refund.
Items that have been damaged after arrival, tampered with, abused, or in any way altered from their original condition, will NOT be acceptable returns.
