• - We use state of the art/best equipment available, have in depth knowledge with experience. Our success rate is second to none, but unfortunately vinyl records occasionally respond unpredictably to warp treatment; this is an unlikely occurrence, but... it does mean we cannot accept liability for any damage that takes place.

• - This service does not work with Shellac 78's, Dub Plates, Flexi Discs or Lathe Cuts, neither does it work with records that are exposed to damage or warping by any forms of heat.

• - One day may be needed to work on one piece of vinyl, so please allow at the least 7 working days for your restored vinyl to be returned to you.

• - Please ensure your vinyl is sent safely, securely and in appropriate packaging to avoid any damage in transit.
