This flow blue plate was made in Staffordshire England in the early 1900's and it has picture of the Federal Hall and Wall St. in Philadelphia Pa. George Washington inauguration held here . It is in good clean condition, no issues with this plate genuinely nice. It is 10 " across and 1 1/4" high. see photos
