Vintage: 1939-1970, the era in which the particular Hammersley & Co mark on these pieces was in use
Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully. We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker's mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. Very clean and fresh, bright and shiny, piece. Has crazing throughout the front and back that is free of staining, making it very hard to see under normal use. Has to be very closely inspected to be noticeable. Otherwise in excellent condition, with no gold loss, and no chips, cracks, silver/gray utensil marks, or stains.
