Vintage: 1939-1970, the era in which the particular Hammersley & Co mark on these pieces was in use
Approximate measurements: 5-cup capacity; 8 3/8" height (with lid)
Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully. We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker's mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. Very clean and fresh, bright and shiny pieces. No gold loss, chips, cracks, silver/gray utensil marks, stains, scratches or crazing. The pot has a small, dark raised piece of porcelain along the interior of the bottom rim -- a firing flaw created during the making of the piece.
