(2) Lionel Mini-Records “Whistles & Bells” & “Whistle Signals” 78 RPM Post-War

This lot of two Lionel vinyl records is being sold as-is, in a paper sleeve. The sleeve goes with the larger clear record, "Whistles and Bells and Puffing Lionel Trains". That record is very thin and floppy. I have no idea if there is a "B" side, but I'm thinking not, since the back feels smoother. It does not appear to have any cross-groove scratches. The smaller blue record has two sides: A) Lionel Trains in Action - Narration by Bill Stern, Famous Sports Commentator; and B) Whistle Signals. This record does appear to have some shallow scratches, but I can't test it to see if they affect the sound in any real way. The edge of the record where there aren't any grooves has a few shallow nicks. Someone scratched "AFB - Lionell #14" the inside edge of side A, and "AFB - Lionell #13" in the same area on side B. It is hard to see, and only really visible when held at just the right angle. The paper label has a small tear on the A side, and there are two little white marks on that side in the grooves. 

I am not 100% positive as to the dates for these records, but based on research, they appear to be 1947 (Lionel Trains in Action) and 1949 (Whistles & Bells). I also don't know whether they were something kids could purchase, or were promotional give-aways. I haven't really been able to find much documentation on them!
