Here we have a Shell Oil memo page signed by Ringo Starr.

Ringo has signed the paper beautifully in black felt pen, sometime in the 1980's when he attended a racing event alongside George Harrison.

The page measures approx 4.25" X 5.75" approx and is in excellent- condition.
