Skulls are foam fabric with black skull printout, red glitter line out and in heart. Sleeveless dress w red netting / black floral lace over red bodice. Crushed velvet dress ties. Red crush velvet layer with black lace and red netting edge. Head scarf was taking out of bag for better visual.
