Instructions :

    1) Connect the Xbox One PC wireless adapter with your PC, press matching buttons, LED light will blink

    2) Make sure the controller is powered on, and then press the controller bind button. The controller LED will blink 2 ~ 5 seconds to complete matching. Once it connects, the LED on the adapter and controller both go solid.

Note: Windows10 system support automatic identification, but WIN7 and WIN8 need manually updating the driver first (Plug in the receiver and go to device management, find XBOX ACC to manually update, then pair controller with adapter)

If your Win system cannot be recognized or there is no vibration after manual update, this is a computer system problem, please update windows system patch of your computer.
