For 1 to 12 cards paid in the same invoice, in a padded mailer $3.39.  

Purchases totalling $50 or more will be charged a flat rate of $10.99 for tracked shipping 

United States 

For 1 to 6 regular cards paid on the same invoice, in a padded mailer $11.95
