My description will not do justice to this beautiful tunic top or if you dare, dress. The top/dress is shear and accents are in a low pile velvet.  There is velvet trim on the bottom sleeve cuff and bottom of garment.  The heavenly cherub and hearts design is beautiful.  Material is made of rayon and silk.  This is a Dry Clean only garment.  Purchased in England where it is made.  The retail price was $548.  NWT no flaws
