Size in Medium to Large (up to size 12) as it has elastic waist band on skirt

There are some threads as you can see in the pictures. The head veil center portion is frayed with loose portion but can easily be glued with fabric glue or left as is. I tried to get a close up picture but it kept coming out blurred.
