From a Green Valley estate near Tucson some years ago is this go to pair of "modern" 18K yellow gold and cast sterling silver demi hoop earrings. The appealing I believe 1990's or so ornaments showcase a central panel of solid gold ornamentation and have comfortable omega back (post / clip) fittings. Still absolutely au courant, they will do the job for special occasions or even every day - as someone once said, that's a good thing. There is a clear "STERLING / 18K" to the back of each. Weight is good for the form at about  9.8 total grams on my portable digital scale. Condition is quite fine with a subtle aura of time to the gold and silver surfaces. Be aware I have avoided every urge to refresh away or "improve" upon any natural toning - you want that done, you do it. The posts (also gold by the way) and hoops are ready for duty. All typical and expected minor signs of previous service simply validate a history. A look at those pics should give a good idea of appearance and condition. Size is about 3/4 in. (19mm) vertical and 15/32 in. (7mm) across, giving a nice chunky presence when worn about. If you prefer vintage / pre owned for a smart road less travelled alternative to current mall offerings, or simply wish a single immediate improvement to the ambiance of each day, these will have great meaning for you.
