Professional Scotbloc milk chocolate flavour drops, ideal for melting and covering cakes, cookies and traybakes. Requires no tempering, can be microwaved, provides easy portion control and the perfect gloss every time.

Created in 1947, Scotbloc were the very first chocolate flavour cake covering and remains the nation's favourite today. Great to use because it is easy to melt and gives a perfect glossy finish every time. It is ideal for use as an ingredient in recipes or as a covering for cakes, fairy cakes and tray bakes. 

An all-purpose bakers` coating with a smooth texture of milk chocolate appearance and flavour. A free flowing coating, formulated for enrobing work. Each resealable pack is 3kg. 

PREPARATION
  • Ideal for melting and covering cakes, cookies and traybakes.
  • To melt on the hob, break bar into squares and place in a dry heatproof bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water and stir until smooth. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate coating.
  • To melt in the microwave (based on 850w) break bar into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium (50%) power for 20-30 seconds then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds (50%) and stir until smooth.
  • Take care not to overheat when melting.
  • For best results when covering and moulding place finished items in a refrigerator until set.

WARNING: Chocolate covering may become very hot! Take care after heating.

Terms of Sale

We offer refund subject to following terms.
 
  • Your right to cancel an order can be exercised in writing by using the messaging service before the item has shipped.
  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • For items that have been opened are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller error, we may deduct up to 50% of the item price based on the condition of the product.
  • You order the wrong item, not a problem, do not open it send it back we will issue a refund. The buyer pays the return postage cost.

  • You may return any new PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone purchased from Trade Lists UK that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or incorrectly advertised, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Trade Lists UK reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee up to 50% of the product sales price based on the condition of the product if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering or passwords not removed will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee equal to and above 50% of the purchase price based on the condition of the product.
  • Trade Lists UK will not accept returns of any PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone more than 30 days after you receive the shipment. 
  • New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
