This is Baby Grace we created from a pre-painted kit from Kinby, a sister company to Bountiful Baby, that sells children's dolls. These dolls were sculpted from the likeness of real babies, giving them realism. Grace has a vinyl head that is pre-painted, including the sweet molded hair, and vinyl full length arms and legs.  We added a nice suede cloth body like we use on our reborns, that is slightly weighted so it isn't too heavy for little ones to carry and care for. Since the lengthy, time consuming painting step was already done and the hair was painted, eliminating the need for the tedious process of rooting real hair, as well as the eyes being pre-set, it is possible to offer a finished doll that is "reborn" (like Mom's) at a much reduced price. The eyelashes that come pre-applied to this kit do not cover the entire top eyelid and are too light colored to show very much, so we have added a pair of eyelashes that really light up her eyes and are more realistic. We love this doll kit, as it comes with rings on the neck and arm and leg joints so she can be easily posed and keeps the pose as you can notice in the photos.  Grace also comes with a magnetic pacifier, so care needs to be taken around people who may have medical conditions that prevent them from being around magnets. She comes to you with the complete new Antonio Juan outfit shown in the photos, a preemie diaper, Kinby pacifier, Kinby Blanket, Kinby romper, and a Kinby headband.
