It is in superb cosmetic condition, the external vinyl is virtually unmarked with no stains, holes or scuffs whatsoever.  Both quick release fixing pull-stops work fine.  On the inside (what you never see when fitted to the car)  some of the foam back scrim material has gone a bit tacky as the foam breaks down with age -- par for the course with these, but this is a minor nitpick.  This is from a 2002 model so the tonneau is about as new as you could hope for really as this was the final year of production.
