These are soft, loose fitting shorts with a wide waistband at the top and pockets on each side.  The print is a fun skull pattern.  The fabric is a thicker type polyester/nylon blend that is soft on the skin and breathable.  Very cute!  They are tagged as an XXL.  The waist measures approximately 16" unstretched, but easily stretches to 20".
