This is the driving base of the Mole drill 

from the 1960s Thunderbirds TV series 

and was released in 1993 by Matchbox.

 It is approximately 7.5 cm in length 

and 3.5 cm in height. 

And it is in very good condition.

and not the Mole drill that originally came with it.
