US 1861/66  SPECIMEN overprinted  set  (Type b) Scott# 63S-78S  UNUSED - Scarce

Complete 1861/1866 "SPECIMEN" type B set (except for the 12c, which is a VF+ Scott #69!).
All stamps no gum but good condition aside from perforation faults in some values. A very hard, undervalued considering the printing run, group to assemble.
