Please note that the products that are custom made ( CQ COUTURE and GIOHEL ) are done with the premium-grade material and all the products are carefully checked before the shipping, so it is very rare the products has any defects.

These 2 brands are custom made and create it especially for you, We can accept returns only in cases of products bearing manufacturing defect and we create a new one for you.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 55, Paragraph 2, Letter C of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, Cancellation or Inscription such as monograms and so on and the Return is excluded in the case of orders for products customized as for example the choose of the leathers in the product.
