Wheel bearings are a critical part of your LADA's drive train. Over the course of tens of thousands of miles the ball bearings inside the wheel bearing can wear out causing the bearing to make howling or crunch noises.
When replacing wheel bearings replacing them in matched pairs is recommended for the best service life and for years of trouble free service. When replacing this wheel bearing you will also need to replace the axle nut and wheel bearing circlip.
Note: When installing this wheel bearing make sure the black seal is facing inward while the red seal is facing outward. The black seal houses the magnetic pickup used by the rear ABS wheel speed sensors. If the bearing is installed backwards it will cause ABS faults.
