This is a 17 Jewel Waltham in international product by Waltham of Chicago it is a beautiful piece of History with original box and case 17 jewels calendar luminous dial unbreakable mainspring antimagnetic incabloc I believe this to be New Old stock but I'm not positive it does not appear to have ever been worn I did buy this from a jewelry store lot it could have been a display piece  it does not look like it has seen any actual wrist action should fit any wrist it has a stretchy band part down at the bottom very fashionable red arrow on a seconds hand as I always suggest with any watch that I personally don't know the history of I recommend every watch get a service I don't recommend putting any vintage watch in water no matter what they say this watch does look like it's brand new though it is absolutely gorgeous it's currently running extremely smooth happy bidding
