This is a rare vintage CINELLI alloy quill handlebar stem.

It measures 110mm long, has a standard 26.4 mm clamp diameter and is suitable for a 1 inch steerer.

It has a few marks and scuffs from use but looks good when fitted. Please look carefully at the photographs.
