Our policies:

· Discounts reflect the condition and age of each item (any minor defects will always be shown in photos and stated in description, although these are rare)

· We reserve the right to remove items from our eBay sales list as they are also displayed and sold in our store.

Before sending items are thoroughly checked, and further checked and photographed before sending. This included ensuring watch batteries are in working condition.

· As a Store. All enquiries will be answered Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm.

· Items will generally be posted within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment, if not sooner. Once posted, we are reliant on Royal Mail to deliver items swiftly. If you are experiencing delay in receiving your item/s please do not hesitate to contact us and we will track your order as soon as possible. 

· Next day delivery is available for items purchased (AND payment received) before 3pm Monday-Friday. Postage charges apply.

· All posted items are sent using a tracked service and require a signature on delivery.
