1979 group of 3 Pre-stamped envelope for the 50th anniversary of the Red Cross with commemorative postmark in red, one with machine postmark the other with scarce hand stamped type (hand addressed) as well as scarce black postmark.

The black & the red hand postmarks much harder to locate than the common machine postmark of the same type from the Philatelic Bureau.
