This is perhaps around 20 years old and came a set sold by Tesco , As far as I know Hongwell and Cararama are the same company  I bought it for the mechanic figures included in that set but have never taken anything from this set.

Someone had a sense of humour with a registration number on the vehicle  should be T883 DRY as it is on a similiar vehicle in a seperate listing where I am selling just the vehicle

As you can see the front doors open ( I have part opened them for the photo ) useful then in a diorama

Before you bid /buy the Lego man and anything in the background are not included its a bit of fun and to give you an idea of scale .For those not in the know the standard Lego man in his helmet stands 4cm tall or 1 and 12/16 of an inch

Just right if you are a collector of such items or  it as a present to some one you know for whom it has a particular meaning
