Pre-owned.  There is a small area of broken stitches at the bottom hem...I have taken photos of both the front and underside of this flaw.  The black areas of the shirt have some color fade, most notably under the back collar.  See photos for further detail.  Otherwise this shirt is in clean condition.  I do not see any other flaws.
