Nobody uses a more complete and thorough rebuild process than we do. Our high volume of carburetor rebuild work allows us to bring your crusty carbs back to life at surprisingly reasonable prices. From single carburetors to racks of four or six, Keihin, Mikuni, Hitachi, vintage or modern, we have you covered. I will explain in detail the entire build and send photos of the entire process. I completely disassemble your carbs and ultrasonic clean them. Replace all seals with Viton o-rings and gaskets. I reuse old jets if they are still good and if parts are needed I only use Japan parts such as K&L, Keihin, Mikuni, and equivalent to OEM jets and internals. I will send your old parts back with your carbs. Once your carbs are reassembled they are bench synced then leak tested.


My builds are built to last a very long time with minimal maintenance. I will send with your carbs complete instructions to ensure you get the best out of your build. Everything is packaged with the utmost care using bubble wrap and packing to ensure the safety of their return. Return shipping is included in the sale.
