Look close at this old classic with one of the old time western characters Patt Buttram , The sidekick of Gene Autry , going full comic in this classic Green Acres tv show.. Though the show never mentioned where hooterville was, it was supposed to be 300 miles from Chicago , one episode mentioned.
ALSO this was the license plate for the Hooterville Volunteer Fire Dept . Heney would just pull down a banner to change the name.
