Here we have quite an impressive brass bound oak coal bucket, possibly Irish peat bucket based on research.
This is decorated with Lion side handles and Paw feet.
There is also a removeable inner liner/bin for the coal.
Some of the oak struts are sticking out from others, this could do with being realigned.  
There are a couple of philips screws applied where there should be pins.  
This is still solid as it is, I believe it to be an Irish peat bucket from research of others similar.
Total height 48cm, height to top rim 39cm, top rim diameter 35.5cm.
Inner bucket height 31cm, diameter 32cm.
