In the center to complete the logo is a Polo rider & horse in action

Slide the cover back to see a green cardboard single watch holder

At he bottom of that there is printed in gold lettering

 "Hollywood Polo Since 1988 Country Club" 

With Polo horse & rider in action in the middle
