This listing is for a vintage blue velvet, with black faux leather dots and hatband women's hat that is in an estimated size size small*. There are five black faux leather dots on the sides of the hat that vary in size. Inside the hat, there is a black grosgrain ribbon headband and a red grosgrain lining.
