**All of our miniatures are print to order. Please allow a few days for the print and cleanup process before shipping. All of our miniatures have been sanded and primed. We provide our upmost effort in sanding and priming our miniatures but there may be a need to touch-up at your own discretion. Miniatures will come unassembled for quality assurance purposes. We may preassemble the model if requested to do so, however, this will void any returns due to damages that may be caused during shipping.

All resin 3D printed models are printed with small support branches which support overhangs during the printing process. After the print is finished, these branches are manually removed. All 3D printed models should be handled with care as they are fragile. The miniatures may have small rough spots, nubs, or scoring where the support branches have been removed. Some models are produced hollowed with drain holes that will be hidden once assembled. If the model has been hollowed, the holes are placed as conspicuously as possible.
