In good shape, it is a bit dusty and shows minor outer wear from use.  The inside motor could probably benefit from a deeper cleaning but i have wiped it down and removed the majority of the dust.

The top piece can be unattached.

There is no remote included, however the fan speed (1-10) can be changed by use the on/off button on the fan.
