Nearly all of our products come with free delivery, if a specific product does have a delivery cost it will be clearly shown in the listing.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day. The method of delivery will be displayed on the listing details, our primary carrier is Royal Mail however we can provide a DPD service but you will need to contact us before ordering so we can arrange this Items ordered on Friday after 12pm and on Saturday/Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us through the Ebay messaging service and we will provide a swift response.
We accept payment by Paypal, all orders will need to be paid for before dispatch.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it is within the first 30 days starting from the day of purchase. The customer is eligible for a full refund during this period. You are responsible to return the item with the original packaging and the same condition as you have received the item return postage costs are not refunded in the final amount. Damage during transit or before you return the item will negate the return period. You will not eligible for a refund/exchange after the first 30 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products we only honour warranties and returns on damaged products and orders due to manufacturer error or damage during delivery we can't be held responsible for any damage or product failure which is due to incorrect fitment, window tinting especially does require dexterity and isn't recommended for a complete beginner, before you commit to purchasing any of our graphics or decals please make sure you have researched how to apply them the internet has a wealth of help and guides on fitting almost any of our products.
