Tim Tebow has an amazing story. His life exemplifies the verse from Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations." What he was able to accomplish at such an early age is truly extraordinary. He is not only persevering and determined, but compassionate and understanding. This book chronicles the fruition of his dream to play as a quarterback for the NFL and the genesis of the Tim Tebow Foundation. He shares the wins and losses of his college and early professional career with transparency and honesty. In John 1:23, John the Evangelist quoted John the Baptist who famously said, "I am the voice of one calling out from the wilderness.." John the Baptist then quoted Isaiah and told the people of Jesus' day to, "prepare a way for the LORD." John the Baptist used his public platform to tell people Jesus was Messiah. A lot of young people are confused about pursuing their dreams and remaining faithful to their commitment to God. Tebow has allowed people to see there is not only freedom, but also a responsibility to both.
