Postage

We ship business days (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri). All our items are shipped primarily with Australia Post and occasionally we use couriers depending on your item and location.  All delivery services come with tracking, so you can follow your items from us to you. 

 

Pick up

Available in store from the front counter at Hobart City Mission Op Shop 15 Main Road, Moonah, Tasmania, Monday- Saturday 10:00AM- 4:30PM. Proof of purchase must be shown at time of collection. No cash payments accepted. Items to be collected within 5 business days. 

Returns

Returns are always accepted up to 30 days; we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied. Simply return the item to us in the same condition you received it and we?ll refund your money less postage.  As you will have seen, our listing information, measurements and photographs are extensive so that you can be happy with your purchase and returns can be avoided.
