This is a 10 album release that the Japanese market launched in the year 2000.

Discs & inserts are in pristine, mint condition. Seems to me original owner ripped off bottom of seal either to inspect or to back up the collection. 

As seen in the photos all discs plastic cover were opened in the bottom.The rest of the plastic seal remains intact. And discs are in mint condition.
