It is new but not shrink wrapped. It is in the Slot.it orange sleeve with the crystal case and the hex wrench underneath. It has the original price tag on it. It was in the store display case for sale. It was never run.

The car has been in storage since closing my retail location. I am opening case boxes and listing the inventory on eBay.  These cars have been sitting a long time in their case.

If your going to run the car, I recommend replacing the rear tires with urethane or silicone tires.
