We offer FREE Tech Support Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time. If we decide the best option is to replace or fix your product we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" which is required on any return. Standard Shipping is FREE: This option is offered to the 48 contiguous states via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Your tracking number will be sent to your eBay registered email address 24 business hours after payment has cleared with a confirmed shipping address. 

 

Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, APO and Puerto Rico: Shipping is $25.00 and all orders shipped to these locations through USPS priority mail.

 

International shipments will ship through the eBay global shipping program.
